Freight Subsidy
(1) Major Cities Across Canada (Granule Products Only)
Minimum order: CAD $1,500+
Eligible cities:
- Toronto
- Edmonton
- Calgary
- Winnipeg
- Saskatoon
- Major cities in British Columbia
Subsidy: CAD $50 freight subsidy
Estimated delivery: Toronto ~5 business days; Other cities ~1–3 business days
(2) Greater Vancouver Area
Granule orders CAD $500+: Free shipping
Delivery: Same day or next business day

- UPS
- DHL
We only use Canada Post in limited circumstances.

Exclusions
The following items are NOT eligible for free shipping or subsidy:
- Acupuncture needles
- Treatment sheets
- TDP lamps
- Glass cupping sets
- Treatment tables
Shipping costs for these items will be confirmed prior to order processing.

Warranty Shipping (Medical Devices)
- During the warranty period, repair or replacement will be provided
- Shipping costs for warranty-related returns or replacements are not covered
