Return & Exchange Policy

Regulatory Compliance Statement

We prioritize product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance at all times. In accordance with regulations established by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Health Canada governing Natural Health Products (NPN), herbal medicines, and medical devices, once products have been sold and released from our warehouse, they may not be restocked, resold, or redistributed due to product safety control and integrity requirements.

Final Sale Policy

Except as expressly provided herein, all sales are considered Final Sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges resulting from ordering errors, inventory adjustments, market changes, business decisions, or any reasons unrelated to product quality.

Eligible Return Circumstances

  • The product received does not match the order confirmation
  • The product was visibly damaged during transit
  • Verified manufacturing defects or quality issues
  • The product has less than three (3) months of remaining shelf life at the time of receipt

Claim Procedure

  • Notify us in writing (email or fax) within seven (7) business days of receipt
  • Provide the order number, product lot number, and clear photographic evidence
  • Ensure the product remains unopened, unused, and in its original packaging for inspection

Failure to provide timely notice or sufficient documentation may result in denial of the claim.

Resolution

Upon review and approval, we may, at our discretion, provide one of the following remedies:

  • Reshipment of the same product
  • Issuance of store credit to the customer account
  • Refund via company cheque, e-transfer, or credit card reimbursement

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or business-related losses arising from the use, resale, or handling of our products.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall our liability exceed the actual purchase price of the products in the relevant order.

退换货政策

法规合规声明

本公司始终将产品质量、安全性及法规合规性置于首位。根据美国食品药品监督管理局(FDA)及加拿大卫生部(Health Canada)对天然健康产品(Natural Health Products, NPN)、中药产品及医疗器械的相关监管要求,所有产品一经售出并离开本公司仓库后,基于产品安全控制及完整性管理原则,均不得重新入库、转售或再次流通。

最终销售原则

除本政策明确列明之特殊情形外,所有销售均为最终销售(Final Sale)。本公司不接受因客户订购错误、库存调整、市场变化、客户经营决策或其他非产品质量相关原因提出的退换货申请。

可接受退换情形

  • 实际收到之商品与订单内容不符
  • 产品在运输过程中造成明显损坏
  • 经确认之制造缺陷或质量问题
  • 收货时产品有效期限少于三(3)个月

申请程序

  • 于收货后七(7)个工作日内以书面形式(电子邮件或传真)通知本公司
  • 提供相关订单编号、产品批号及清晰照片作为证明材料
  • 确保产品保持原包装、未开启、未使用及可再次查验之状态

未于规定期限内提出申请或资料不完整者,本公司有权拒绝受理。

处理方式

经审核批准后,本公司将酌情提供以下处理方式之一:

  • 补发相同产品
  • 提供客户账户信用额度(Store Credit)
  • 以公司支票、电子转账(E-Transfer)或信用卡退款方式处理

本公司亦不承担因产品使用、转售或客户业务行为所产生之任何间接、附带或衍生性损失。

责任限制

在任何情况下,本公司的赔偿责任均不超过相关订单中产品的实际购买价格。
